The challenge
November's numbers told a familiar story: an account running on autopilot. ACOS was spiking to unpredictable highs, daily performance swung wildly, and nobody was steering. The brand was spending real money with no real system behind it. When we took over, we moved fast, tightened the listing story, rewrote underperforming copy, and restructured campaigns within the first week. December told a different story entirely.
What we did
We started with the listing before touching a single bid. Copy was rewritten to match real buyer search intent. Product imagery was reviewed for CTR impact. Then we restructured the campaigns, eliminated unprofitable targeting, set product-level ACOS targets, and implemented a daily optimization cadence. The chaotic ACOS spikes visible in November disappeared within days of the restructure going live.
Why it worked
An account on autopilot leaks money every day. The fastest wins came from setting product-level ACoS targets, cutting unprofitable targeting and moving to a daily optimization cadence, after tightening the listing copy. The volatile ACoS spikes disappeared within days.
Services behind this result
This result came from coordinated work across Amazon PPC, Listing optimization. One team owned the whole channel, so changes to listings, ads and operations happened in the right order.
