The challenge
The account was active and spending, but the performance graph told the real story. Volatile swings, inconsistent ACOS, and no reliable system behind the campaigns. Every time they pushed more budget in, the returns got worse. The problem wasn't ambition. It was architecture.
What we did
We rebuilt the campaign hierarchy to handle scale without losing efficiency. Proper campaign segmentation meant budget went exactly where it was performing. Bid logic was systematized so scale didn't mean chaos. Copy and A+ content were refined to improve conversion rate before we pushed more spend, so every additional dollar worked harder. The result: 54% more spend produced 117% more revenue, with a lower ACOS.
Why it worked
Scaling usually breaks accounts because the structure cannot absorb more budget. Segmenting campaigns by goal and systematizing bids meant extra spend went only where it was already performing. 54% more spend produced 117% more ad sales, and ACoS went down instead of up.
Services behind this result
This result came from coordinated work across Amazon PPC, Listing optimization. One team owned the whole channel, so changes to listings, ads and operations happened in the right order.
