Redesigned the main image for click-through, rewrote listing copy and A+ Content to convert, then rebuilt Sponsored Products and daily bid management.
Brand Registry is the switch that gives you control of your listings, A+ content, Brand Stores and protection tools. Most enrollment problems come down to the trademark or a small mismatch in the details, and both are easy to check before you apply.
Get a trademark from an office Amazon accepts, make sure the brand name on your trademark, products, packaging and listings match exactly, then apply in Brand Registry from the account that owns the brand. Most rejections come from mismatched details or a verification code that went to the wrong inbox, not from anything complicated.
| What happened | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Brand name not matching | Different spelling, spacing or capitals across trademark, packaging and listings | Make them match exactly, then reapply |
| Trademark not accepted | Office or mark type Amazon doesn’t support, or the mark is not yet eligible | Check Amazon’s accepted list or use IP Accelerator |
| Images rejected | Brand not visible on the product or packaging | Reshoot with the name clearly printed |
| Code never arrived | Trademark contact is an old attorney or a shared inbox | Contact them ahead of time and watch for the email |
| Brand already claimed | Someone else enrolled first, sometimes a reseller | Open a case with your trademark proof |
Our in-house team prepares Brand Registry applications, fixes mismatched listing details, handles rejections and then puts the enrolled brand to work with A+ content, Brand Stores and ads. Your trademark and accounts stay in your company’s name the whole time.

You need an active registered trademark, or in some cases a pending application, from a trademark office Amazon accepts, such as the USPTO in the US. Amazon’s IP Accelerator program lets you use a pending application filed through one of its participating law firms.
The most common reasons are a brand name that doesn’t exactly match the trademark, a trademark type or office Amazon doesn’t accept, product or packaging photos that don’t show the brand, or a verification code that never reached the right person.
Amazon sends it to the contact listed on the trademark record, often the attorney who filed it. Tell that person to expect the email and send the code back quickly so it doesn’t expire.
An agency can prepare and submit the application with access you grant, but the brand and trademark should stay in your company’s name. The agency should be a user on your account, not the owner of it.
