About deadlines: Amazon sets deal submission windows and holiday inbound guidance itself and publishes them in Seller Central. We don’t list dates here because they vary by marketplace and program. Check your Deals dashboard and inbound news today.

Right now: late October

  • Check your FBA capacity limits and Amazon’s holiday inbound guidance, then plan shipments backwards from them
  • Confirm stock for your top sellers covers Cyber Week and December, not just the peak days
  • Look at the Deals dashboard for any submission windows still open, and check each deal against margin after fees and ad costs
  • Fix suppressed or stranded listings and any open account health issues
  • Pick your hero products: the ones you can stock, that have reviews and that make money

Early to mid November

  1. Refresh listings for gift shoppersUpdate main images, titles, bullets and A+ where gift intent matters. Do it before traffic arrives, since changes can take time to show.
  2. Set up coupons and promotionsCoupons and Prime-exclusive discounts can run alongside deals. Check the combined discount so you don’t stack your way into a loss.
  3. Build holiday campaignsAdd gift and seasonal search terms to Sponsored Products and use Sponsored Brands and video to catch broader browsing.
  4. Collect remarketing audiencesShoppers who view your products now are the people to reach again during Cyber Week.
  5. Agree a budget planDecide in advance which campaigns get more budget and by how much on each peak day.

Cyber Week: Nov 26 – Nov 30

Keep it simple: fewer, well-funded campaigns on products you can ship beat a big build you can’t monitor.

FAQ

When are Black Friday and Cyber Monday in 2026?

Black Friday is Friday, November 27, 2026, the day after Thanksgiving in the US (Thursday, November 26). Cyber Monday is Monday, November 30, 2026.

When should I submit Amazon deals for Black Friday?

Amazon sets its deal submission windows each year and shows them in Seller Central under Deals. They can close weeks before the event, so check the Deals dashboard now rather than waiting for November.

When should FBA inventory arrive for Black Friday?

Earlier than you think. Amazon publishes holiday inbound guidance and your FBA capacity limits in Seller Central. Plan backwards from those, and allow extra time because receiving gets slower in Q4.

Should I raise my PPC budget for Black Friday?

On products that are in stock and profitable, yes, because traffic rises sharply. Raise budgets before the peak days so top campaigns don’t run out of money mid-day, and watch click costs, which also rise.

Does this apply outside the US?

Black Friday and Cyber Monday are big shopping days on many Amazon marketplaces, including the UK and Canada. Check each marketplace’s own deal and inbound dates in Seller Central.

Trustworthy partner in the Amazon business

I can say that I've found in CommerceKind a reliable and trustworthy partner in the Amazon business.

Before starting our collaboration I had several talks with Hamza where he showed to me the strategy and forecast with accuracy and realism; then after almost 3 months into the partnership I can state that his team's approach is deeply rooted into reality and efficiency since they operate on several sides of the seller account: ppc advertising and listing improvement, taking control over all issues that pop up when handling the operational side as well.

The weekly catch-up and open communication on everyday workflow makes them an asset in our structure.

After cycling through 3 agencies that overpromised and underdelivered, I was ready to manage everything in-house again. Giving CommerceKind a shot was a last-ditch effort, and I'm glad I did. The biggest difference is the communication. I have a dedicated account manager who actually understands my brand and sends me weekly Loom videos walking through the numbers. It finally feels like I have a real partner, not just a vendor.

They rescued our supplement launch

We were launching a new supplement in a brutally competitive category and our initial attempts were a disaster. We were burning cash on PPC with almost no sales and stuck on page 5. The CommerceKind team came in, completely overhauled our listing copy and A+ content, and built a launch strategy from scratch. Within 60 days, we hit the #1 New Release badge and are now holding strong on the first page for our main keywords. They literally saved the product.

True full-service management

I was spending 20+ hours a week in Seller Central dealing with inventory headaches, stranded listings, and fighting with support. Handing the reins to CommerceKind has been a massive weight off my shoulders. They handle everything from A to Z, and I've been able to get back to what I'm actually good at—developing new products. Worth every penny for the peace of mind alone.

Look at the TACoS, not just the ACoS

Our previous agency bragged about a low ACoS, but our overall sales were completely flat. CommerceKind explained how to use PPC to actually drive organic rank. They restructured our campaigns, cut a ton of wasted spend, and reinvested it into keywords that actually moved the needle. In four months, our TACoS dropped from 18% to 11% while our total revenue increased by 40%. The numbers speak for themselves.

Our conversion rate doubled

We had a great product in the home goods space, but our listing looked amateur and our conversion rate was stuck at 7%. CommerceKind's creative team did a full redesign—new main image, clear infographics, and a gorgeous Brand Store. The difference was immediate. Our conversion rate jumped to 15% in the first three weeks, which made all our ads way more profitable too.

Great Partner to Scale Our Business!

We have been working with CommerceKind for over 2 years, and they have helped us grow our Amazon business from the ground up. They've handled everything from product launches to PPC management, and the results have been great. Sales have steadily grown, and our ACoS is the lowest it's ever been.

What I really appreciate is how proactive and responsive they are. Anytime we have had a question or needed adjustments, they're quick to jump in with solutions. It feels like they truly care about our success, not just running ads.

Highly recommend CommerceKind if you're looking for a reliable partner to scale on Amazon!
