Marketplace selection
A plan comparing Canada, the UK, EU marketplaces and Mexico on your category’s demand, competition, fees, fulfillment and compliance effort, so the first launch is the one most likely to pay back.
CommerceKind helps US brands expand from Amazon.com to Amazon Canada, the UK, the EU, Mexico and other Amazon marketplaces. We manage every Amazon marketplace, including Amazon.com (US), Amazon.ca (Canada), Amazon.co.uk (UK), Amazon.com.mx (Mexico) and the EU marketplaces such as Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. Our in-house team picks the right first marketplace, extends listings from your existing Seller Central account, localizes keywords and copy, runs Sponsored Products in each marketplace and plans fulfillment, from Remote Fulfillment with FBA for Canada and Mexico to UK FBA and Pan-European FBA. You get one report across every marketplace. VAT, EPR and product-safety filings stay with your tax and compliance providers; we coordinate with them so nothing is missed.

A launch checklist covering VAT registration, EPR, GPSR responsible person, labeling and bilingual packaging, worked through with your accountant and compliance provider. We don’t file VAT returns ourselves.

| Amazon EU (DE, FR, IT, ES, NL and others) | Single-country FBA first, then Pan-European FBA once demand is proven | VAT in each storage country, EPR, GPSR responsible person, one language per marketplace |
| Amazon.com.mx (Mexico) | Remote Fulfillment with FBA where the category is eligible | Spanish listings, MXN pricing, local tax registration with your adviser |
| Reporting | One report across every marketplace | Sales, ACoS, TACoS and inventory by marketplace, next to your Amazon.com numbers |

Many brands that do well on Amazon.com reach a point where each extra dollar of US growth gets more expensive. Amazon Canada, the UK and Europe often have the same shopper need with fewer established competitors in a category, and Amazon’s Global Selling tools make it possible to sell there from the same Seller Central login. The work is in doing it properly: local keywords, local copy, the right fulfillment model and paperwork that matches the listings.
Canada is often the first step for US brands. Amazon.ca shares the North America unified account with Amazon.com, and Remote Fulfillment with FBA can let eligible US FBA inventory fulfill Canadian orders, so you can test demand before shipping stock across the border. Canadian shoppers search with their own spelling and terms, and French content helps reach Quebec. The UK and Germany are common next steps in Europe. They need local inventory, VAT registration and product-safety compliance, so we plan them as a proper launch, not a listing copy-paste.
The fastest international launches reuse what already works in the US: the hero ASINs, listing structure and keyword logic behind your Amazon.com sales. We follow the same order everywhere: fix what the listing says and shows, then buy traffic. In one US account we fixed the main image, copy and A+ Content first and then rebuilt PPC. Ad sales doubled (+102%) and ACoS fell from 25.08% to 11.79%: see the listing-first case study. Outside Amazon, our UK TikTok Shop case study shows creator-led growth in the UK, with GMV growing from £256.34 to £297,128.04.
Brands based in Canada can see our Amazon agency in Canada page. Brands coming into the US from abroad can see Amazon US market entry. Agencies whose clients want new marketplaces can offer this under their own brand through white-label Amazon international expansion. Yes. We extend your listings through the North America unified account, localize copy and keywords for Canadian shoppers including French, set CAD pricing, run Sponsored Products on Amazon.ca and decide whether Remote Fulfillment with FBA or Canadian FBA stock fits your products.
It is an Amazon program that can let your US FBA inventory fulfill eligible orders from Amazon Canada and Mexico, so you can test those marketplaces before shipping stock across the border. Eligibility and fees are set by Amazon and vary by product.
No. VAT registration and filing, EPR and GPSR responsibilities belong with your tax and compliance providers. We build the launch checklist, coordinate with those providers and make sure listings and inventory plans match their advice.
It depends on the category, but Canada is often first because it shares a unified account with the US and can be served from US inventory. The UK and Germany are common next steps in Europe. We compare demand, competition, fees and compliance effort before anything launches.
Largely, yes. Amazon’s unified accounts let you switch between marketplaces in one Seller Central login, North America for the US, Canada and Mexico, and a European account for the UK and EU. Each marketplace still has its own listings, prices, ads and inventory, which is what we manage.
Yes. As an Official TikTok Shop Partner we run TikTok Shop in the US and UK. Our UK TikTok Shop case study shows GMV growing from £256.34 to £297,128.04 through creator-led content.
