Amazon reimburses sellers when FBA inventory is lost, damaged, or not returned after a refund, but it does not always do so automatically, and each claim type has its own evidence rules and filing window. Amazon has tightened several of those windows, so claims that sit unreviewed can expire. White-label reimbursement means our in-house team does the reconciliation and filing and your agency presents the recovered money as part of its service.
Reimbursement work is most effective when the team doing it also sees the account every week: inbound shipments, removals and returns. We run it alongside white-label Amazon account management, or as a standalone add-on for clients your agency already manages. For a one-off review start with a white-label Amazon audit. Vendor (1P) clients have a different issue, shortage and chargeback deductions, which we cover in white-label Vendor Central management.
Reimbursement software can flag discrepancies, but someone still has to check the evidence, file cases that hold up and follow up on rejections. Our team does that work for you under your brand, and reports exactly what was filed and recovered. Brands that want to work with us directly can see Amazon reimbursement services.
Before you hand a partner a client, ask six questions. Is the team in-house or freelance? Will they sign an NDA and a non-solicit? Do reports and audits go out under your brand? Do they work in your Slack or project tool? Is access granted through platform permissions rather than shared passwords? And can you start with one client without a long contract? We answer yes to every one: our team is in-house, we work in your Slack or ClickUp, and every report and audit carries your logo.
