Search Query Performance
Impressions, clicks, add-to-carts and purchases for your brand on each search term, compared with the total market for that term.

Our in-house team reads your Search Query Performance, Top Search Terms, Search Catalog Performance, Market Basket Analysis, Repeat Purchase Behavior and demographics reports every week, and turns them into clear actions: which keywords to win, which listings lose clicks or carts, where PPC should spend more or less, which products to bundle and which customers come back.

Amazon Brand Analytics is a set of reports Amazon gives to brand owners enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, in Seller Central and Vendor Central. It shows search and purchase behavior from Amazon’s own store: how shoppers search, which products they click and buy, what they buy together and how often they return. No outside tool has this data first-hand, which is why we start keyword and listing work from it.
The Search Query Performance report shows, for each search term, your brand’s share of impressions, clicks, add-to-carts and purchases against the whole market. If your share of impressions is high but clicks are low, the main image, price or title is the issue. If clicks are high but purchases are low, it is the detail page, reviews or price. We read the funnel term by term and fix the step that leaks. See our Search Query Performance page and the keyword click share case study.
Top Search Terms and Search Query Performance together show which keywords are worth fighting for and which are already yours. We feed them into Amazon SEO, listing optimization and Amazon PPC, so organic and paid work push the same terms, and into competitor analysis to see who wins the clicks you want.
Market Basket Analysis shows what customers buy alongside your products, which is the starting point for virtual bundles and cross-sell ads. Repeat Purchase Behavior shows whether Subscribe & Save and retention offers are worth it. Demographics help decide images, copy and audiences. See the baby vitamin D keyword case study.
Amazon gives Brand Analytics to brand owners with the right role in Amazon Brand Registry, and to vendors. If you do not have access yet, we help with Brand Registry first. The reports cover each Amazon marketplace where you are registered, and we work across the US, the UK, Canada and Europe.
