CommerceKind is an Amazon agency that runs Amazon Vine for brands. Our in-house team checks which products are eligible, decides which ASINs should go into Vine and how many units to offer, plans units across variations, times enrollment with your launch, and then reads every Vine review for what it says about the product, the listing and the packaging. Vine is Amazon’s own program: Amazon invites the reviewers, and reviews are honest opinions that nobody can buy, steer or guarantee.

Amazon Vine is Amazon’s program for getting reviews on new and low-review products. Amazon invites its most trusted reviewers, called Vine Voices, to request products enrolled by sellers and vendors. They receive the product free and post honest, independent reviews, which carry a Vine badge. Sellers do not choose the reviewers and cannot contact them, and reviews can be positive, negative or mixed. That honesty is what makes them useful to shoppers and to you.
According to Amazon, you need a Professional selling account and a Brand Representative or Reseller role for a brand enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, or generic products in your catalog, plus an eligible Fulfillment by Amazon offer. Existing products can be enrolled while they have fewer than 30 reviews on the detail page, and new products can be enrolled as soon as there is a customer-ready FBA listing with a future launch date. You choose how many units to offer, up to 30 per parent product. Amazon charges an enrollment fee per parent product that depends on how many units you offer, shown in the Vine dashboard before you enroll, and it is not charged unless a Vine review is published. Amazon sets and updates these terms, so we always work from what Seller Central shows for your account.
Vine reviewers write what they find. If a product has a sizing problem, weak packaging or unclear instructions, Vine will surface it publicly within weeks. So before we enroll, we read existing reviews, returns and customer messages, check the listing matches the product, and fix what we can. Then we put units where they matter most: on new launches and on good products held back by too few reviews.
Vine gets a product its first reviews. What keeps reviews coming is a good product, an accurate listing and steady sales. We pair Vine with Amazon’s Request a Review button and other compliant review requests, review management, listing optimization and Amazon PPC that scales as ratings settle. We never offer incentives for reviews, never ask for positive reviews only and never contact Vine reviewers. See our Amazon product launch service and the baby vitamin D keyword case study.
We tag every Vine review by theme, such as quality, fit, taste, ease of use or packaging, and report what to change. Sometimes the fix is in the listing: a clearer size chart, better images or a more accurate claim. Sometimes it is in the product or packaging, which we raise with you and your manufacturer. That is how Vine pays back beyond the first few stars.
