Promotional calendar
A 12-month plan for each client covering Prime Day, Prime Big Deal Days, Black Friday Week, Cyber Monday and category moments such as back to school, built around stock and margin, not just the dates.
CommerceKind plans and runs Amazon deals and promotions for agencies’ clients, under your agency’s brand. Our in-house team builds each client’s promotional calendar, checks which ASINs are eligible, works out the deal price and fee the margin can carry, submits coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, Lightning Deals and Best Deals before Amazon’s deadlines, lines up FBA stock, and adjusts PPC budgets and bids around every event, from Prime Day and Prime Big Deal Days to Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Afterwards you get an event report under your logo showing what the deal actually returned after fees and discounts. Your clients only ever see your agency.

Which ASINs meet Amazon’s deal requirements on ratings, price history and stock, what the deal price needs to be, and whether the margin survives the discount, the deal fee and the extra ad spend.
Coupons and Prime Exclusive Discounts set up, budgeted and checked so they don’t stack with other promotions into a price the client can’t afford.
Deal selection, submission before each event’s deadline, scheduling, and live monitoring while the deal runs, with the result logged against fees.
Budgets raised ahead of and during deals, bids and placements adjusted for deal traffic, Sponsored Brands pointing to deal ASINs, and spend pulled back once the event ends.
FBA inbound timed so deal ASINs are in stock, and a white-labeled event report showing sales, units, ad spend, TACoS and net return after fees and discounts.
| Best for | What we check first | |
|---|---|---|
| Coupons | Lifting click-through and conversion on search results, steady everyday use | Coupon budget, stacking with other discounts, redemption cost |
| Prime Exclusive Discounts | Prime Day, Prime Big Deal Days and Q4, rewarding Prime members | Reference price history, discount depth, event fee |
| Lightning Deals | Short bursts of volume and a sales-rank lift | Stock for the deal window, deal fee against expected units |
| Best Deals | Longer deals of up to two weeks for steadier volume | Margin over the full deal period, PPC support |
| Subscribe & Save discounts | Repeat purchase on consumables | Funding level, forecast for recurring orders |
| Promotions (percentage off, buy one get one) | Bundling and order value | Promo codes leaking to deal sites, stacking rules |
We learn how your agency works with clients, sign an NDA and non-solicit, and agree who approves deal prices.
For each client we build a white-labeled promo calendar with eligible ASINs, proposed deal prices, fees and expected return for you to present.
Coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts and deals are submitted in the client’s Seller Central before the deadline, stock is sent in, and PPC plans are set.
We monitor deals and ads during the event, then send an event report under your logo with what worked and what to change next time.

Every big Amazon event raises the same questions from clients: should we run a deal, how deep should the discount be, and was it worth it? White-label deals and promotions management means a partner team answers those questions and does the work inside each client’s own Seller Central account, while your agency stays the name the client sees. CommerceKind does it as part of the same in-house team that runs our white-label Amazon account management and white-label Amazon PPC, so deals, ads and stock are planned together instead of by three different vendors.
A deal that sells out can still lose money. Amazon charges a fee for Lightning Deals, Best Deals and Prime Exclusive Discounts during major events, which in 2026 has been an upfront amount plus a percentage of deal sales; coupons carry a redemption cost; and the extra traffic usually comes with higher ad spend. Before we submit anything, we work out each ASIN’s return after the discount, the deal fee, Amazon’s referral and FBA fees, and the expected ad spend, and we tell you plainly when a deal isn’t worth running. Amazon changes fees, eligibility rules and deadlines from event to event, so we check the current terms in Seller Central for every submission.
Deal submissions for Prime Day and Black Friday Week close weeks before the event, and ASINs must meet Amazon’s requirements, such as a minimum star rating, a price history that supports the reference price, and enough stock. Missing a deadline or running out of stock mid-deal is the most common way agencies lose an event for a client. We keep a deadline calendar for every client, check eligibility in Seller Central early, and plan FBA inbound with our white-label inventory management team so deal ASINs arrive and check in before the event.
Deals bring shoppers to the listing, but ads decide how many see it. We start building traffic before the event so deal ASINs have ranking and reviews behind them, raise budgets and adjust bids and placements while deals run so campaigns don’t run out of budget at midday, point Sponsored Brands at the deal ASINs, and bring spend back down once the discount ends. Results are reported by ASIN with sales, ad spend, ACoS and TACoS, so the client sees the full cost of the event. Our white-label Amazon reporting carries your logo.
Prime Day in July, Prime Big Deal Days in October, and Black Friday Week through Cyber Monday are the events most clients ask about. Each has its own submission window and rules, and Q4 also runs straight into gifting demand and higher ad costs. Brand owners who want direct help can see our Amazon Black Friday and Cyber Monday agency page and our Prime Big Deal Days 2026 lessons. We run deals on every Amazon marketplace, including the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK and Europe, and TikTok Shop campaigns in the US and the UK.
Deals work best on accounts whose campaigns can absorb extra budget. In one private label account we manage, ad sales grew from $19,680 to $42,712 (+117%) while ACoS fell from 34.03% to 24.10%, on 54% more ad spend: see the PPC scale case study. Results depend on product, margin and category, and we share a promotion plan for each client after reviewing the account.
Before you hand a partner a client, ask six questions. Is the team in-house or freelance? Will they sign an NDA and a non-solicit? Do reports and audits go out under your brand? Do they work in your Slack or project tool? Is access granted through platform permissions rather than shared passwords? And can you start with one client without a long contract? We answer yes to every one: our team is in-house, we work in your Slack or ClickUp, and every report and audit carries your logo. It is Amazon promotions work for an agency’s clients, run by a partner team under the agency’s brand. CommerceKind builds the promo calendar, checks eligibility and margin, submits coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts, Lightning Deals and Best Deals in the client’s Seller Central, plans stock and PPC around each event, and reports results under your logo.
Yes. We plan and submit deals for Prime Day, Prime Big Deal Days, Black Friday Week and Cyber Monday under your agency’s brand, track each event’s submission deadline, line up FBA stock and raise PPC budgets during the event.
We compare the expected extra units with the discount, the deal fee, Amazon’s referral and FBA fees and the extra ad spend. If the deal doesn’t make money or build something worth paying for, such as rank on a new product, we recommend a coupon, a smaller discount or no deal.
Amazon sets deal fees per event and changes them. For 2026 peak events, Lightning Deals, Best Deals and Prime Exclusive Discounts have carried an upfront fee per promotion plus a percentage of deal sales, with a cap. We check the current fee in Seller Central before every submission and build it into the margin check.
Common reasons are a star rating below Amazon’s requirement, not enough price history for the reference price, low stock, or a listing or account health issue. We check eligibility early, fix what can be fixed and plan around what can’t.
