Campaign structure
Automatic campaigns for discovery, manual keyword campaigns for proven terms and brand defence, each with one job and its own budget.
CommerceKind runs Walmart PPC for agencies’ clients under your agency’s brand. Our in-house team builds and manages Walmart Connect campaigns: automatic and manual Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Videos where the client qualifies, with bids and budgets set from each item’s margin, weekly keyword, bid and placement work, listing quality, price and Buy Box checks on every advertised item and ROAS, ACoS and ad revenue reported with your logo. We sign an NDA and non-solicit first, work in your Slack and never contact your clients.

Walmart search terms mapped to each item, starting from the client’s Amazon data where it exists and confirmed with Walmart’s own reports.
Bids moved toward each item’s target ROAS, placement and platform adjustments used where the data supports them and budgets paced through the day and month.
Brand and video placements for clients who qualify, used where they earn their place.
Listing quality, content, price, Buy Box, ratings and stock checked on every advertised item, so ad spend goes to items that can convert.
Ad spend, ad revenue, ROAS, ACoS and total sales reported weekly and monthly in your agency’s branding.

Many agencies already run Amazon Ads or paid search and get the same question from clients: can you run Walmart ads too? Walmart Connect has its own auction, its own reports and its own rules about which items can win placements. White-label Walmart PPC means our in-house team does that work in each client’s Walmart advertising account while your agency stays the only name the client sees, in reports, calls and Slack. If you want the whole Walmart channel run, not only the ads, see our white-label Walmart Marketplace management and our guide to white-label Walmart Marketplace management for agencies.
Bids, keywords and targets that work on Amazon are a useful starting point, not a plan. Walmart shoppers search differently, many categories have fewer advertisers, and an item that loses the Buy Box or has weak listing quality will struggle to win ad placements whatever the bid. Walmart reporting leans on ROAS while most Amazon clients think in ACoS, so we report both. We start from the client’s Amazon winners where they exist, confirm them in Walmart’s own search and item reports and build the account from there.
Ads cannot fix an item that does not convert. Before budget goes in, we check listing quality, titles, images and attributes, price against other sellers and other channels, Buy Box, ratings and reviews and stock. Items that are not ready are fixed or held back, and the findings go to your agency in a white-labeled report you can share with the client.
We manage $3M+ in monthly ad spend and 60+ brands in-house. See the Walmart Marketplace case study and, for how we scale ad spend without losing efficiency, the PPC scaling case study. Case studies can be presented under your brand without naming CommerceKind. Results depend on product, margin and category, and we share a plan after reviewing each client.
Most Walmart clients also sell on Amazon, and the two channels share stock, pricing and content. We run Amazon PPC and Walmart PPC under your brand with one plan for both: see our white-label Amazon PPC, outsourced white-label Amazon PPC and white-label ecommerce agency pages. Brand owners can read our Walmart advertising page.
Before you hand a partner a client, ask six questions. Is the team in-house or freelance? Will they sign an NDA and a non-solicit? Do reports and audits go out under your brand? Do they work in your Slack or project tool? Is access granted through platform permissions rather than shared passwords? And can you start with one client without a long contract? We answer yes to every one: our team is in-house, we work in your Slack or ClickUp, and every report and audit carries your logo.
